Products
Products of the lab.
We build products we are willing to operate for years: AI where it earns its place, boring infrastructure underneath, and a person in charge of every decision that matters. Two so far: one global, one built for India.
01 — In beta
Social Digital Marketer
In betaAn AI agent that runs a brand's social media like a studio.
It learns a brand's voice from its website, drafts a month of posts, publishes to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn on schedule, and reports what to change next week. Nothing publishes without a person's approval.
It began as the system we used to run our own social presence. When the drafts started beating what we wrote by hand, we turned it into a product. It now publishes weekly for brands and agencies in the private beta.

Nothing publishes without a person's approval.
Learn the voice
It reads the brand’s website and existing posts and writes a short style guide you can correct.
Draft the month
A calendar of posts per channel, each with copy, timing and a reason it is there.
Approve and publish
A person approves every post. Approved posts publish on schedule; nothing goes out without a yes.
Report and adjust
A weekly report on what worked and what to change, fed back into next month’s drafts.
02 — Launching
Sahakar Mitra
Guides liveA source-backed assistant for Maharashtra's cooperative housing societies.
It answers a committee's everyday governance questions (meetings, records, dues, notices) with the exact Act, rule or registered bye-law cited, in Marathi and English. It refuses to guess, gives a checkable next step, and hands serious matters to an enrolled advocate.
Source-backed guides are live across all 36 districts of Maharashtra; the WhatsApp Q&A service is opening from a waitlist. It is the same idea as our first product, in a very different world: supervised, grounded, and honest about what it does not know.

सर्वसाधारण सभेची नोटीस किती दिवस अगोदर द्यावी?
At least 14 clear days’ written notice before a general body meeting.
किमान १४ दिवस अगोदर लेखी सूचना.
Cites the rule. Refuses to guess. Escalates to an advocate when it should.
Ask in plain language
A committee asks about a meeting, a record, a due or a notice — in Marathi or English, over WhatsApp.
Get the rule, cited
A plain answer with the exact Act, rule or registered bye-law it rests on, so you can check it yourself.
A checkable next step
What to verify, which records you need, and what is still an open question — never a confident guess.
Escalate when it matters
Serious or fact-specific matters are handed to an enrolled advocate, not answered off the cuff.
03 — What comes next
Announced when real, not before.
New products start the way these two did: as tools we build for ourselves or for a client, run in production long enough to trust, and only then turn into something with a pricing page.

The studio
Want software built with the same care?
The studio side of the lab takes on a small number of client projects: AI systems, product engineering, and first versions for founders.
